Service here was definitely 10 out of 10. The price was beyond reasonable for our unexpected situation with my glass being shattered on my driver front side. Customer service was excellent. The attention to my vehicle was separate I would Definitely recommend AutoGlassNow to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

After having my windshield installed here, the adaptive front lighting system on my vehicle completely stopped working. When I brought the car back to point out the issue, the salesperson refused to acknowledge the problem and simply referred me back to the dealership. It appears the improper installation (or other work done during the service) created this new issue. Very disappointed with both the quality of work and the lack of accountability. I do not recommend this shop. Report clearly shows before and after.

Got a rock chip in my windshield. They provided quick, efficient and while you wait service. Can’t beat that. Straight up couldn’t guarantee the chip would not crack. But they did guarantee if it did they would apply the price to a new windshield. Can’t beat that. Also gave me discount from quoted price. That was after the repair. Can’t beat that. Thanks. I hope I don’t need them again but I recommend!

I made one call and the whole process was super easy. I was able to make a very fast app and the technician was amazing! He was very polite and explained everything so well. I have a larger truck and yet he was done so quickly. Was even nice enough to explain everything again as my husband arrived right before he left. I am extremely satisfied with my service and excellent technician. Definitely recommend!
